Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Service Order within 14 days without giving any reason, before work has commenced.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date of confirmation of the Service purchase.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Important: For payments made online via debit or credit card, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover card processing charges. You will not incur any additional fees beyond this deduction.

Conditions for Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Services – If Auratrex LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe without prior notice or valid justification.

Major Service Errors – If the delivered service is fundamentally defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, and Auratrex LLC is unable to rectify the issue after a reasonable period.

Payment Errors – If a client is charged incorrectly or more than once for the same service.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@auratrex.com

 within 7 days of the incident or delivery of the service and include proof of payment and a clear description of the issue. Auratrex LLC reserves the right to review and approve or deny the request.

Gifts

If a service was purchased as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, the gift may be redeemed exclusively through the Auratrex LLC website (www.auratrex.com) or via an official payment link provided by our team.

Important Terms Regarding Gifts:

Gifts cannot be redeemed, transferred, or used on any other platform or service outside Auratrex LLC.

Any attempt to misrepresent, fraudulently claim, copy, or otherise misuse a gift constitutes an attempt to defraud Auratrex LLC.

Clients engaging in fraudulent activity related to gifts may face legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For gifts redeemed properly, any refunds, revisions, or adjustments will follow the same terms as outlined in this Refund Policy.

Auratrex LLC reserves the right to deny services or revoke gift access in the case of misuse or fraudulent activity.

Service Revisions & Exchanges

While services cannot be exchanged for a completely new service, clients may request revisions or modifications within the scope of the original service agreement:

Minor Revisions: Adjustments or corrections within the agreed-upon specifications will be implemented free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.

Major Modifications: Significant changes after work has commenced may incur additional fees. These fees will be agreed upon before any further work is done.

Auratrex LLC reserves the right to determine whether a requested change qualifies as a revision or requires a new service agreement.
